What to expect

Signing of the tripartite agreement between ICAIRE, UNESCO and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the Global AI Summit (GAIN) 2024 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. The agreement formalises ICAIRE's status as a UNESCO Category 2 Centre, approved by UNESCO's General Conference at its 42nd session on 16 November 2023. ICAIRE itself was established by Saudi Cabinet decision on 25 July 2023, headquartered in Riyadh with legal personality and financial and administrative independence.
